Here’s how booking works.
Tell us your date, venue and which package you’d like. We’ll confirm availability and send your invoice and contract. Sign your contract and pay the $99 retainer to reserve your date. The retainer goes toward your total.

Why do Booth Only and two-hour Booth Plus both cost $299?
You’re choosing between more time and more features. Booth Only stays all day, but it doesn’t include a backdrop or props. Booth Plus gives you two hours with a premium backdrop, props, GIFs and Boomerangs.
Do guests get printed photos?
Our booth takes digital photos rather than prints. Guests can share them by text, email or AirDrop and you’ll get an online gallery with all the event photos.
Can I choose a backdrop and match my event theme?
Yes, you can pick your premium backdrop with Booth Plus or Ultimate. Every package also comes with a custom photo template. Send us your colors, theme or invitation so we can design it for your event. Browse our backdrop options.
Can we use the booth outside?
Tell us where you’d like to put it before booking. We’ll check the surface, power, access and cover from the weather to see if the spot will work.
Do you do corporate events and company parties in Terrell?
Yes — holiday parties, team events, grand openings. The Ultimate package is the usual pick since it includes an attendant, and the AI Portraits add-on gives every guest a branded portrait in about 10 seconds. Tell us the venue and headcount and we will sort the setup.
Do you do quinceañeras and big family celebrations?
Absolutely — some of our favorite events. Every package comes with a custom photo template, so we will design it around the guest of honor with names, dates and colors. Add the green screen if you want themed backgrounds the whole family will share.
Does submitting the booking form reserve my date?
Not just yet. The form tells us what you’re planning. We’ll review your date and details, then send an invoice and contract explaining how to reserve your booth.
Where should we put the booth at The Establishment Barn?
For Kailee and Edgar’s wedding, we set up along the white wood wall beside the staircase, there’s a power outlet right there too. Photo of the location is in the gallery.
Are you insured? Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes to both. We’re insured, and if your venue needs a certificate of insurance just ask and we’ll send one over.
