Fall Harvest Festival 2024
Santa stopped by our booth at Firefly Ridge Ranch’s Fall Harvest Festival. Guests took photos and Boomerangs with a custom fall-themed template for the event.

Here’s how booking works.
Tell us your date, venue and which package you’d like. We’ll confirm availability and send your invoice and contract. Sign your contract and pay the $99 retainer to reserve your date. The retainer goes toward your total.

Questions about renting a booth in Wills Point
Why do Booth Only and two-hour Booth Plus both cost $299?
You’re choosing between more time and more features. Booth Only stays all day, but it doesn’t include a backdrop or props. Booth Plus gives you two hours with a premium backdrop, props, GIFs and Boomerangs.
Do guests get printed photos?
Our booth takes digital photos rather than prints. Guests can share them by text, email or AirDrop and you’ll get an online gallery with all the event photos.
Can I choose a backdrop and match my event theme?
Yes, you can pick your premium backdrop with Booth Plus or Ultimate. Every package also comes with a custom photo template. Send us your colors, theme or invitation so we can design it for your event. Browse our backdrop options.
Can we use the booth outside?
Tell us where you’d like to put it before booking. We’ll check the surface, power, access and cover from the weather to see if the spot will work.
Can you take a last-minute booking in Wills Point?
Sometimes. We’re based here, so when your date is open we can move fast. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Do you do school, church, or community events?
Absolutely — those are some of our favorites. Fundraisers, gatherings, chamber mixers: if Wills Point is celebrating, we want to be there. Send us the details and we’ll work out the setup with you.
Does submitting the booking form reserve my date?
Not just yet. The form tells us what you’re planning. We’ll review your date and details, then send an invoice and contract explaining how to reserve your booth.
What happens if it rains on our outdoor event?
We’ll work out a covered backup spot with you and your venue before the event, so the booth keeps running rain or shine.
Are you insured? Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes to both. We’re insured, and if your venue needs a certificate of insurance just ask and we’ll send one over.
